CHICAGO — Longtime ICF Next partner Jeremy Mullman will be joining M Booth to lead its media relations practice.

In the senior VP role, Mullman will be charged with driving M Booth’s vision for earned media and providing senior strategic counsel to clients across the agency’s consumer and corporate business. He also will be responsible for growing and galvanizing the media relations practice. Mullman will report to executive VP Nancy Seliger.

“Earned media that creates a conversation that journalists, consumers and influencers want to join and amplify is at the heart of everything we do, and remains critical to our clients’ success," said CEO Dale Bornstein. “Jeremy’s passion and extensive storytelling mastery enhances our ability to achieve the best results for clients and stay ahead of the shifting media landscape.”

Mullman is moving to M Booth after 13 years at ICF Next (and its predecessors Olson Engage and Dig Communications), where he founded and leads the commercial media relations practice. He has worked with a range of top-tier brands including Molson Coors, Wrigley, Kraft Heinz, Target, Expedia, Fitbit, Staples and Alliant Credit Union. Before that, Mullman spent a decade in journalism covering media, marketing, business and sports for AdAge, Crain’s Chicago Business and SF Weekly.

“I’ve been spoiled over the last 13 years, working with really smart, really kind people on really great brands. The bar to even considering a move was always very high, but M Booth cleared it in every sense,” Mullman told PRovoke Media.

“From Dale on, every person I met struck me as extraordinarily strategic, deeply invested in both the work and the workplace, and hungry to get to the next level. I’ve always admired M Booth’s work and clients from afar, but it was the people and the vision that sold me,” he said.
