SINGAPORE — Julie Pham has joined Redhill as its first managing director of Vietnam, part of the agency’s expansion across Southeast Asia.
Pham joins Redhill from Apple, where she spent more than two years as a worldwide developer relations specialist. Before that, she worked for YouTube helping content creators monetize their videos.
Pham’s appointment comes as the Singapore-based agency builds its regional presence, including Amanda Chong and Joslynn Ong recently joining Redhill’s Malaysia office as directors. They bring 40 years of combined experience in marketing, branding and communications to the operation.
Redhill, which operates in 14 cities in 11 countries, has also promoted members of its Singapore team. Pranav Rastogi and Marienelle Castelino now serve as deputy managing directors and Tavy Cussinel has been named senior director of luxury and lifestyle.
“As a growing company with ambitions to expand into new markets, we not only have to bring in new expertise, but also hone our existing talent,” said partner Jacob Puthenparambil. “I am particularly pleased that we have developed talent from within, as this is a testament to our culture at Redhill – we learn by getting our hands dirty, we’re always punching above our weight.”
