NEW YORK — Levi Strauss & Co. has handed Burson its US corporate communications business, expanding the work the agency has been doing in Europe since last year.

Burson’s remit includes internal and external communications and executive visibility to further establish Levi’s as a lifestyle brand and top-tier retailer.  Burson was named the iconic denim company’s US corporate communications agency following a competitive review.

The partnership started in January, roughly four months after Burson won a similar assignment for the brand in Europe last September.

Levi’s has worked with a number of PR agencies on different assignments over the years including Nectar, Edelman and Ketchum among others. Last year, the company consolidating its global media business with UM and named TBWA\Chiat\Day its creative agency in 2023.
