LONDON – London Luton Airport has selected Tin Man as its retained agency on a five-year contract, following a 10-way competitive pitch process.

The airport account will be run by Tin Man’s corpsumer practice and will cover both corporate and crisis, as well as consumer communications.

London Luton Airport head of communications and marketing Neil Bradford said: “In the past few months we have seen air travel restore to near pre-pandemic levels and once again people are getting excited about taking to the skies.

“With their strategic thinking and creative approach Tin Man are the perfect partner to help us achieve our objective of growing our business and supporting even more passengers with their travel plans.”

Tin Man founder Mandy Sharp added: “After what has been an incredibly challenging few years for the travel industry, we are excited to be working with LLA as the airport begins to operate at full capacity once again. We are delighted that our integrated Comms with Heart approach appeals to the airport and are looking forward to supporting the business on their mission to grow sustainably, and position it as the UK’s simplest, friendliest airport.”
