NEW YORK — Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group (MOHG) has appointed Finn Partners as its North American public relations and communications agency, extending the agency’s existing partnership with the brand in Southeast Asia.
Under the expanded partnership, Finn Partners will oversee MOHG’s North American communications strategy, encompassing corporate initiatives, property updates, partnerships, and thought leadership campaigns. The agency will also provide crisis communications support and guidance for global reputation management.
Finn Partners’ Hong Kong office has represented MOHG in Southeast Asia since 2015.
The agency secured the North American account following a competitive review initiated by MOHG’s strategic focus on strengthening its brand presence in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The group operates a portfolio of luxury hotels, branded residences, and its growing "Exceptional Homes" program in these markets.
The appointment aligns with the launch of Finn Luxe, a dedicated practice within Finn Partners designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities of the luxury sector.
