NEW YORK – Marina Maher Communications (MMC) has appointed Diana Farina in the newly-created role of group senior vice president of client excellence, after a series of new healthcare, consumer wellness and scientific communications account wins.

Farina joins after nine years at WPP, latterly as global operations and integration lead for Team Pfizer, the group’s largest healthcare client. She has more than 20 years of agency services experience.

In her new role, Farina will look at new ways of servicing strategic client relationships, integrating work across the agency and giving clients a seamless experience across geographies and disciplines.

Farina will report to managing director and business strategist Ivette Sanz Osso, who said: “Diana is nothing short of a change agent. Her appetite for excellence and strong interpersonal and relationship building skills are exactly what we’re seeing clients are seeking; she inspires clients and colleagues at every turn.”
