LONDON — Milk & Honey PR has expanded its UK board and boosted its digital and integrated offer after a period of rapid growth.

Rachel Proctor (pictured, left, currently head of digital and a co-owner at the agency, will be the youngest addition to the all-female board, at 28. A third of the UK team now report into Proctor, who is tasked with continuing to expand Milk & Honey’s “nurturing reputations” offer, delivering integrated programmes for purpose-driven businesses.

The agency, now in its fourth year, has grown to a team of 30 with 16 new additions over the last 12 months and annualised revenues up by 48%.

With digital activity increasing by 134% in the last six months, Milk & Honey is also expanding its integrated and digital offer, with the promotion of Imogen Wallis (right), who has been with the agency for 18 months, to head of discovery – a newly-created role that marries planning, insights and social and digital expertise.

Milk & Honey founder and CEO Kirsty Leighton said: “We have seen impressive growth this year in our integrated offer. This is testament to the business impact we’ve had pairing reputation with discovery, allowing us to have a more targeted, measurable impact for our clients.”

Proctor added: “I am honoured to be joining the board to continue to grow our integrated offer alongside Imogen. By celebrating the loyalty of our team and that magic secret-sauce that everyone brings to Milk & Honey, we have crafted a role designed specifically for Imogen, allowing our entire team and portfolio to access our PPC, social and search capabilities.”

Milk & Honey, one of the few B-Corps in the PR industry, expanded to Sydney in 2019.
