LONDON — Missive CEO Giles Peddy has left the technology specialist agency after two-and-a-half years.

Co-founders Emma Ross (pictured, right) and Nicola Koronka (left) now become co-CEOs of the agency, supported by a newly-formed senior leadership team made up of directors Gemma Dunn, Hannah Devoy, Julia Lavin and Kate Hunter, who joined in 2021 after 14 years at Hotwire.

Peddy joined Missive in November 2020 as its first CEO after seven years at Lewis, where he was responsible for the strategic and operational development of the agency’s EMEA region, and was the global client relationship lead for a number of international brands. Before joining Lewis, Peddy had spent seven years at Hotwire, latterly as deputy managing director, and also spent six years at Golin.

During Peddy’s tenure, Missive grew into a £2.5 million business with a 30-person team. Its clients, ranging from high-growth venture-backed businesses to multinational public companies, include Virgin Media O2, Koa Health, HMD Global, Silico, Divido and MangoPay.

Peddy’s next move is not yet known. On his departure, he said: “I have really enjoyed my time and what I have achieved. I wish everyone at Missive all the best as the business moves into its next phase of growth.”

Koronka said: “We want to take this opportunity to thank Giles for his passion and hard work since joining Missive back in 2020. We wish him well for whatever his next chapter holds.

“Our founding principles to do the best work and be the best place to work have always led Missive forwards and this remains unchanged as we continue to grow. We are delighted to promote such rich home-grown talent into the senior leadership team and are really excited about the future of Missive with them at our side.”
