PRAGUE — MSL has appointed a new head of brand reputation to drive the agency forward in the Czech Republic.
Radek Vítek joins the agency from PR.Konektor, where he had been executive director for the past five years. In his new role, Vitek has been charged with developing the MSL brand in the market, including in the areas of PR, social media and influencer marketing.
Before joining PR.Konektor, Vitek was head of GCI Praha for nearly 10 years, then managing director of Ogilvy Public Relations Prague for almost another decade.
Tomáš Löbel, the head of Publicis Groupe’s creative agencies said: “The MSL brand has a strong reputation internationally and we want the same here for us. Our goal is to create a strong division that will build on the MSL international structure and be synonymous with modern communication.
“Our vision far exceeds the boundaries of traditional PR and individual tools. We see communications as a complex discipline and MSL as a unit that connects communications expertise with modern technologies and the data analysis of the group. For this position, we were looking for someone with senior consultant experience.”
Vitek added: “My goal is to effectively bring teams across communications influence and impact together into one functioning unit to deliver a premium offering for our clients. MSL has enormous potential on this front due to its accessibility and connection to the unique and strong expertise of the MSL and Publicis Groupe global network as well as the creative, data-based and analytical background of the local teams. For me, this is a big and exciting challenge that I look forward to.”
