NEW YORK — MSL has bolstered its leadership team with the addition of sustainability, B2B, analytics, health influence, and design heads.

Head of sustainability and impact Emma Gillespie Cox joins MSL in the newly created role from McDonald’s, where she grew the fast-food giant’s renewable energy program as global renewable energy lead.

Before McDonald’s, Cox (pictured) led strategy for Cushman and Wakefield's energy and sustainability offerings and worked in business development for Green Per Square Foot and Clean Urban Energy. She reports to managing director of corporate reputation Kelly Jankowski.

Ashley Chauvin joins as head of B2B/enterprise communications, bringing two decades of public affairs and B2B communications experience to the role. Chauvin most recently was the director of communications at PSEG Long Island, as which she transformed the company’s communications function.

Before PSEG, Chauvin worked at Edelman for nearly a decade, most recently working with B2B Fortune 500 companies as a senior VP. She also reports to Jankowski.

Chi-Chi Millaway is MSL’s new head of analytics. Her previous roles include leading strategic insights and innovations at Cision and creating the social media department at KCSA Strategic Communications. She reports to chief strategy officer Shreya Mukherjee.

Missy Voronyak has been hired as head of health influence, as which she has joined the agency's health practice to lead all aspects of digital innovation across the sector.

Prior to joining the agency, Voronyak served as practice lead for influencer marketing at Real Chemistry where she built the firm’s influencer offering from the ground up. Voronyak reports to Chief Digital Innovation Officer, Rob Davis.

Lastly, Tyler Mintz has been named MSL’s head of design.  Mintz will lead MSL’s design offering, elevating the agency’s approach to design and creativity by combining strategy, UX, research and design to build unique client experiences. Prior to joining MSL, Mintz served as VP, creative leader at Merge. He reports to chief creative officer, Roya Partovi.

All the positions are newly created to support areas of strong growth, MSL said.
