LONDON — MSL UK has appointed a new creative director, Janelle Feliciano, after a series of account wins including Renault, Nintendo, Bourjous and Barilla.

Feliciano joins from The Romans, where she had been a creative director since 2021. She previously worked at advertising, social, digital and PR agencies including Weber Shandwick, M&C Saatchi and Engine Group.

In her time at The Romans, Feliciano worked on campaigns including Dove’s Reclaiming School Picture Day, OTO’s The Drop Off and the recent Adidas x Wiggle Ramadan collaboration to create outdoor prayer mats and install signs pointing to Mecca along Peak District hiking routes.

Working across the Publicis agency on integrated campaigns, Feliciano will report to executive creative director, Michael Dowell, who said: “With our brand portfolio rapidly growing, we’re excited to be investing in a creative director with serious firepower. Janelle’s integrated experience is exactly what we need to keep building Belief for our clients and will help us deliver brave creative.”

Feliciano, who was a Blueprint advisory board member and chosen as a Future Leader by Creative Equals, added: “My focus will be to create culturally enriching client work, building belief with every brief. I will help support talented individuals from all backgrounds to reach their potential and I am excited for my own journey of growth and development with MSL and the Publicis Groupe.”
