LONDON — Next 15, the holding group that owns Text 100, Bite and M Booth, has reported organic revenue growth of 7.8% for its 2015 fiscal year, which ended on 31 January 2016.

Overall revenues were up 18.9% to £129.8m, after a string of digital and content acquisitions in recent years, including — most recently — Encore, IncrediBull and ODD. The group has also secured four-year £30m revolving credit facility with HSBC, to fund further acquisitions.

Leading that performance was US firms Beyond, Outcast, M Booth, Connections Media and Blueshirt which helped drive organic growth of 14% in that market, or 30% in reported terms, to £83.5m. Margins have also remained above 20%, but were impacted by a "disappointing performance" from acquisition Story Worldwide.

"The last 12 months have been another period of significant progress across the group," said Dyson. "We have succeeded in growing the revenues at our US businesses at a double-digit organic rate whilst achieving an operating margin in excess of 20%. M Booth and Beyond US have had stellar performances whilst OutCast, Connections Media and Blueshirt have continued to deliver strong performances."

The UK also submitted an improved performance, up 17% in reported terms to £27.9m from £23.8m for the prior period. Headline operating margin increased to 13.6% from 10.6%, with CEO Tim Dyson noting that Lexis and Bite UK "have continued to improve their operational performance."

Also in the UK, Text 100, Republic and IncrediBull under the Text 100 brand, a couple of years after Text 100 and Bite were merged in Continental Europe and Asia-Pacific. However, Asia-Pacific revenues declined to £12m, from £12.5m for the prior period, although operating margin improved to 11.5% from 8%.

Revenues in Europe and Africa were also down, to £6.4m from £9m. After exiting South Africa last year, Next 15 has also shuttered its presence in Denmark.

Since the start of this year, Next 15 has made two further acquisitions in the UK of Publitek, a specialist content agency and Twogether, a technology-focused digital agency.
