WILMINGTON, DE—Barclaycard US, the payments business of Barclays in the United States, has selected O’Malley Hansen Communications as its public relations agency of record. OHC is providing support for strategic communications, integrated marketing, traditional media relations, digital/social media relations, influencer outreach and issues management assistance.

The agency will be working in partnership with many of Barclaycard’s 60 co-branded credit card partners as well as supporting Barclaycard-branded cards, including: Barclaycard Arrival, a best-in-class travel card that rewards cardmembers and non-cardmembers with miles for content in its virtual travel community, and Barclaycard Ring, the first crowd-sourced credit card designed and built by community members.

OHC’s first project was on behalf of NFL Extra Points, the credit card for NFL fans to earn rewards, and spokesperson Indianapolis Colts placekicker and four-time Super Bowl champion Adam Vinatieri.
