WASHINGTON, DC—Resilience Action Partners, a joint venture between Ogilvy Public Relations and emergency mitigation planning firm Michael Baker International, has been awarded a $130 million contract to provide risk communication and mitigation planning services to the US Federal Emergency Management Agency over the next five years.

FEMA's contract for community engagement and risk communication supports national, regional and local efforts that change the way communities understand and think about disaster risks, with the specific goal of helping communities take actions to increase their resilience to natural disasters.

Together, the integrated Ogilvy and Michael Baker team will help Americans take action to invest in being more resilient—protecting the future and the health of communities across the country.
