SAN FRANCISCO — Outcast has named Elizabeth McNichols CEO, promoting the former president and COO following Alex Constantinople’s departure.

In her new role, McNichols will oversee operations for the Next15-owned agency, which has offices in the US and UK.

McNichols joined tech-focused Outcast as president in 2012 from Cisco, where she led communications in the Americas. Before that, she led corporate and executive comms at Sun Microsystems.

McNichols is assuming a role that Constantinople held for roughly a decade before stepping down to become software company Zendesk's CMO.

Constantinople formally assumes the position May 10. Zendesk’s current CMO, Jeff Titterton, is taking on expanded responsibilities as COO.
