LONDON — Independent communications agency Pagefield it has hired Laura Price as a partner to lead its digital offering. Price joins from the world’s biggest alternative asset management firm, Blackstone, where she was senior vice-president for marketing across EMEA.

In her new role at the agency – which has a core team of 35 and more than 10 additional senior advisors – Price has been tasked with bolstering Pagefield’s digital capabilities across the multiple industry sectors in which the agency operates.

Before joining Blackstone in 2021 – where she was responsible for building the company’s brand presence in Europe – Price was a managing director at FTI Consulting, where she co-led the agency’s digital and insights practice.

From 2014 to 2019, Price was director of digital communications at energy services giant, Centrica, leading an international team as the company expanded its US operations, and led Honda Motor Europe’s social media activity before that. She was also a digital PR manager at British Gas.

Price will report to Pagefield CEO Oliver Foster, who said: “In today’s complex business environment, a comprehensive digital strategy is crucial to influence opinion leaders and policymakers alike, and to enhance corporate reputation. Laura will boost Pagefield’s strong digital communications capabilities, as someone who has led digital-first campaigns for major global brands and knows what it is like to be both agency and client-side. She has the experience to advise our clients on how to make the most of digital and other disruptive opportunities, and we couldn’t be happier that she’s joined our growing team.”

Price added: “The team at Pagefield is renowned for their exceptional client service and powerful, creative campaigns. I’m thrilled to join their ranks and expand our digital offering to deliver innovative, multi-channel communications to help our clients build trust with the audiences that matter most.”
