NEW YORK — Peter Dillon has joined Brunswick Group as managing partner of the agency’s cultural division, Brunswick Arts.
New York-based Dillon will lead the global Brunswick Arts team, developing new areas of expertise while strengthening the firm’s arts offer and continuing to grow the business around the world.
Dillon, who most recently led his own firm, brings with him more than 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and communications, branding, sponsorship, digital engagement and business development. He is replacing Ben Rawlingson Plant, who is taking a communications and crisis management position at the Guggenheim Foundation in New York.
“Peter’s experience leading organizations, his diverse experience in arts, communications, marketing and sponsorship, and his impressive network, will meaningfully enhance Brunswick Art’s leading position as an advisor to the world’s greatest arts and cultural institutions,” Brunswick CEO Neal Wolin said.
Before running his own agency, Dillon spent 10 years with UBS. In his most recent role as executive director and head of global art, he developed and managed the bank’s global art-focused initiatives, which included sponsoring museums and arts events.
