BROOKLYN, NY — Praytell has promoted agency partner Beth Cleveland to global president.

Part of Praytell since its 2013 inception, Cleveland will focus on expanding the agency’s international and operational efforts including agency growth, internal processes and staff development. Responsibilities also cover employee experience and issues management.

As the head of Praytell’s PR operation, Cleveland has played a key part in the agency’s expansion and success. She joined Praytell after five years of running her own firm, Elm, steering agency growth through account work, employee management, culture building and new business, founder Andy Pray said.

Praytell is part of Project Worldwide, a global network of agencies specializing in a variety of creative services including advertising, branding, event production, and public relations.

“The best business decision I’ve ever made was partnering early on with Beth,” Pray said. “Every day she shows me the power of optimism, integrity and roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic, she consistently amazes. I can’t wait to see how she transforms our agency in this new role and the opportunities for other senior staff to continue to grow alongside. "I'm also going to break my own press release rule of never using the word "excited" and say....I’m also excited. Very!"
