MIAMI—Florida-based rbb Communications has acquired SpiderBoost, a digital marketing agency. The firm, now known as SpiderBoost Communications, joins a family of brands that includes Gibbs-rbb, a consumer/food product marketing agency, and Digital Park, offering integrated digital strategy, social marketing management, content creation and customer acquisition services.

According to rbb Communications’ president Lisa Ross. “Our strategic alliance with SpiderBoost over the last few years gave us a deep appreciation for their expertise in search, programming, lead generation and conversion. We felt it was time to formalize the relationship to enhance our ability to deliver seamless integrated services.”

The SpiderBoost team—led by president Armando Martinez—includes digital strategists, SEO specialists, front and back-end web developers, mobile app developers, user experience designers, social media gurus, Google certified pay-per-click managers and Google Analytics certified data analysts.

rbb’s Digital Park division will continue to operate as a separate business unit but the Digital Park and SpiderBoost teams will collaborate as appropriate, Ross says.
