SINGAPORE — Independent consultancy Redhill has added to its leadership ranks by hiring two senior executives.

Ann-Marie Eu joins the fast-growing firm as a senior director while Charu Srivastava has also been hired as a director.

Eu, who previously led Asia-Pacific communications for the Milken Institute, takes on responsibility for Redhill's strategic initiatives, special projects and day-to-day operations.

Srivastava, meanwhile, arrives from BCW, and will oversee B2B accounts while also supporting the agency’s public affairs and government relations offering.

"Charu has a unique combination of financial, creative and analytical thinking as well as strong understanding of PR within a business context, while Ann-Marie has a great network of media relationships and experience in providing senior stakeholder counsel, " said Redhill partner Jacob Puthenparambil. "Not only will their expertise prove valuable to our clients and partners, but will also expand what Redhill can offer to meet the evolving business needs in today’s highly competitive environment."

Founded in 2014, Redhill has grown from two co-founders — Puthenparambil and Surekha Yadav — to more than 70 employees across 12 countries, with 17 offices. Apart from Southeast Asia, Redhill's operations span Berlin, Tokyo, Sydney, Hong Kong, Washington DC and several India locations.
