SINGAPORE — Redhill has strengthened its leadership team with two senior hires, while also promoting existing staff members into management positions.

In Dubai, Anit Kurian has been named MD of Middle East and Africa. Kurian joins from Golin, where he spent more than four years as technology director for the MENA region. He previously worked as Asda'a BCW and Archetype.

In Singapore, former MSL Malaysia managing partner Umesh Nair has arrived to serve as deputy MD and technology head.

"Both Anit and Umesh bring decades of management and communications experience to the table across multiple countries and verticals,” said Redhill MD Pranav Rastogi.

The Singapore-headquartered consultancy has also promoted Charu Srivastava and Pavan Sahu to deputy MD. Srivastava will lead the government, public and corporate sector, while Sahu will continue to oversee Redhill’s growth in Indonesia and India. Both executives joined Redhill in 2019.

“Charu and Pavan have performed exceptionally well in growing their respective verticals exponentially despite the challenging environment due to the pandemic," said Rastogi. "Even as we hire externally, we are also investing in our current senior leaders. Charu and Pavan have proven track records and a wealth of experience and expertise to keep up with our rapid growth."

Redhill celebrated its seventh anniversary in October 2021, and has grown by almost 50% over the past 12 months, hiring 59 new employees along the way. The firm also recently launched Redhill Studio, which combines creative design with digital expertise.
