NEW YORK — RVshare, which connects RV owners and renters, has named BerlinRosen its new agency of record on the heels of a banner year for the business.

BerlinRosen won the account in a competitive pitch. RVshare previously worked with Sunshine Sachs.

BerlinRosen is charged with elevating the brand through campaigns that attract more RV owners to the platform, improving renters’ experiences in the process. The agency won the business on the heels of a strong 2020 for RVshare, whose business was boosted by people opting for safe vacation options during the Covid pandemic.

"After we more than tripled business at the end of the summer, we wanted to bring on a communications partner that would help us continue to position RVshare as a leader in the travel space while attracting new customers to feed both sides of the marketplace," said communications and PR director Maddi Bourgerie. "Following a competitive search, we are looking forward to collaborating with the team at BerlinRosen who are uniquely positioned as leaders in both the travel and lifestyle as well as tech sectors. Their deep bench of experience, creativity, and passion for our brand has us excited as we embark on a new year and next chapter at RVshare."

RVshare was the country’s first platform offering peer-to-peer RV rentals when it launched in 2012 as a means of helping owners monetize the vehicles which, on average, sit idle for 90% of the year, the company said. Today, the site has more than 100,000 RVs ranging from trailers to luxury motorhomes available to rent.
