SINGAPORE - The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has launched a hunt for a PR agency in Hong Kong. The PR representative office for STB in Hong Kong will be responsible for PR always on, market analysis, and expert activities associated with promoting Singapore's tourism offerings, it said in GeBiz tender documents seen by PRovoke Media. 

The chosen agency will need to develop an annual integrated PR, digital media and marketing workplan aligned with STB’s strategies, business objectives, "Passion Made Possible" brand messaging and global positioning. It will also need to build awareness, mindshare and affinity to Singapore as an attractive lifestyle and business destination for its target consumers.

To do so, the agency will need to communicate STB's messages through engagements with key media (both traditional and online), key opinion leaders (KOLs),bloggers, digital influencers, and any other relevant channels.

It will also need to strengthen Singapore's destination presence digitally on social networks and catalyze social conversations through the cultivation of influencers across all media and implement destination marketing campaigns by leading on PR and activations, and working closely with STB's creative and paid media agencies, as well as travel agent partners.

The appointed PR agency will need to provide PR consultancy services for STB for a period of 24 months from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2027, with an option for STB to extend for three further periods of one year each.

The first extension period being from 1 September 2027 to 31 August 2028, the second from 1 September 2028 to 31 August 2029, and the third from 1 September 2029 to 31 August 2030.

The RFP includes a PR campaign pitching challenge, where tenderers are to submit an integrated marketing campaign proposal for two distinct audience segments.
