NEW YORK — PSB, BCW’s research-based consultancy, has named Susan Ochs senior VP and global head of financial services.

New York-based Ochs is responsible for the global development of the financial services practice and will contribute to other industry practices as well. She brings to the role more than two decades of experience in the financial sector, most recently serving as founder and CEO of The Better Banking Project, which works with stakeholders to promote and measure industry best practices.

Before launching The Better Banking Project, Ochs held senior positions in the US Department of Treasury and Securities and Exchange Commission. She also did investment work for J.P. Morgan Investment Management and the private equity firm Solera Capital, and was an acting director for BrandAsset Consulting.
