NEW YORK — The Sway Effect has struck a partnership with Miami agency Founders, expanding the firm’s creative capabilities and reach across Latin America.

Under the partnership, The Sway Effect will focus on providing clients strategic communications services that target global consumers, businesses and governments; Founders will focus its efforts on the firms’ creative offerings.

They will partner on work in the US, Mexico and Latin America.

The deal brings together four former Ogilvy colleagues — The Sway Effect’s founder and president Jennifer Risi (pictured) and Latin America lead Paula Córdova and Founders’ COO Tanya De Poli and CCO Checha Agost Carreño. At Ogilvy, they served respectively as worldwide chief communications officer, LATAM director of communications, Ogilvy Miami GM and chief executive & creative officer of Ogilvy Mexico and Miami.

The partnership furthers The Sway Effect’s goal of creating a network of agencies to meet client needs beyond communications.

“The Sway Effect was founded with the core mission to build a network of agencies by partnering with experts the world over. I am thrilled to reunite with Checha and Tanya as we continue to partner with the best creative talent in the industry,” Risi said. “Our combined areas of expertise take our commitment to do impactful work to the next level.”
