LONDON — The Weber Shandwick Collective (TWSC) has appointed Lucie Harper to the newly-created role of president of health for the UK.
Harper (pictured) returns to the agency after five years with Real Chemistry, where as president of integrated communications she led their international integrated communications team. She previously led the UK health team at Weber Shandwick for 15 years.
In the new role, Harper will oversee TWSC’s entire UK health portfolio, with responsibility for driving growth, integration and innovation, reporting to UK CEO Helen Bennett and working with the agency’s wider UK and EMEA health leadership team.
Bennett said: “We are absolutely delighted to have Lucie rejoin our UK leadership team. Her expertise in driving growth, collaboration and client impact is a tremendous asset for us as we plan for our continued growth and evolution.
“Across the Collective we have a formidable offering, fuelled by best-in-class talent and capabilities. With Lucie at the helm, I’m confident we’re extremely well positioned to meet the increasingly complex and changing needs of our healthcare clients.”
Harper told PRovoke Media: "I am thrilled to be joining The Weber Shandwick Collective. The breadth of expertise we have here is truly incredible and it creates real impact for our clients. As the need for fully integrated communications has never been more important, I am excited to be taking on this role and being part of this team."
TWSC chief healthcare officer and LATAM chair Laura Schoen added: “In today’s complex healthcare environment, integration has become crucial to successful marketing and communications strategies. Lucie is a talented leader equipped with the right skills in healthcare communications and leads a dedicated team committed to tackling these issues. She will bring tremendous insights to our clients and fresh perspectives to our team.”
Weber Shandwick was named as PRovoke Media's EMEA healthcare agency of the year in 2024 and one of the 10 UK Agencies of the Year in 2025.
