LONDON — Technology PR agency Tyto has appointed Florian Hohenauer to a new European role of head of strategy and senior partner.

Hohenauer was previously Hotwire’s managing director of strategy in Germany, where he oversaw the management and growth of the agency’s business in German-speaking markets. He had been with the agency for nine years, as well as a further three years at the start of his career.

He is the latest Hotwire Germany exec to join Tyto, which was set up in 2017 by former Hotwire global CEO Brendon Craigie: Hohenauer follows the hire of Lavinia Haane last month, as well as Silke Rossmann last year.

In his new role as part of the Tyto management team, Hohenauer will work advise clients across Europe on strategy and support innovation of the agency’s client service offering.

Tyto has 30 full-time employees and an extended team of 40 consultants across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands, working with clients including iProov, Riskified, Getty Images, Wire and Coupa.
