NEW YORK — USA Fencing, the sport’s national governing body, has tapped Finn Partners to help elevate the sports through the Paris Olympics.

Finn plans to roll out a multi-faceted effort including strategy development, activations and athlete storytelling to drive awareness of fencing leading up to the 2024 summer games. The firm also will provide USA Fencing with support and planning around next year’s Olympics and Paralympics.

USA Fencing  supports the growth and development of fencing among the full range of athletes —  newcomers, college athletes, Olympians and Paralympians among them.  The organization conducts more than 400 events each year.

"Although fencing continues between games, the Olympic & Paralympic games provide a window of opportunity to showcase this special sport once every four years,” said USA Fencing CEO Phil Andrews. “As we continue to build on record growth of our sport, we appreciate our partnership with FINN to bring the joy and awareness of fencing to more people than ever before."

Finn has been supporting clients on Olympics work since the Salt Lake City winter games in 2002. The firm has worked with Shaun White, Bode Miller and Carissa Moore and organizations like US Ski and Snowboard.
