SINGAPORE — Belinda Tan has departed DHL after almost 15 years to lead Asia-Pacific communications at Visa.

Tan has been named SVP and head of Asia-Pacific communications at Visa, replacing Zoe Hibbert, who has moved to New York to become head of global corporate and North America communications for the company.

Tan reports to Visa chief communications officer KC Kavanagh, and will serve on Visa's Asia-Pacific leadership team. She arrives at the company after a string of senior roles with DHL, including her most recent position as VP and head of group communications, sustainability and brand for Asia-Pacific.

Prior to that, Tan oversaw communications and responsibility for DHL across Asia-Pacific, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She joined DHL after agency roles including Grayling and H+K Strategies.

Visa chief communications officer Paul Cohen retired last year, paving the way for Kavanagh's hire from AT&T a few months later. Hibbert served as Asia-Pacific corporate communications head for more than eight years, before taking on her North American role last June.
