NEW YORK — The Weber Shandwick Collective has brought on former Nike senior leader Nadine Redd Blackburn for a multi-faceted role as part of a larger expansion of the group’s DEI offer.

Blackburn’s primary role is leading DEI services and strategy  for management consultancy United Minds, one of the nine Weber Shandwick subsidiaries that make up the Weber Shandwick Collective. United Minds hired Blackburn as executive VP of CEI behavior & systemic change.


She also will team up with CEI crisis & issues executive VP Emil Hill in co-leading the collective’s culture, equity and inclusion specialty. The newly expanded practice works with clients of agencies under the collective umbrella.

Blackburn joins from Nike, where she was the head of DEI for Converse, Jordan, Nike North America and One Nike Marketplace. Before that, she spent three years at Electronic Arts as head of inclusion, diversity, and corporate social responsibility.
