LOUISVILLE, KY — Yum Brands has named Mars’ Allyson Park the restaurant company’s new chief corporate affairs officer.

In her new role, Park will oversee Yum Brands’ communications, public policy and government relations, as well as the company’s CSR and ESG teams. She will join Yum’s global leadership team, and report to chief operating officer and chief people officer Tracy Skeans.

Park succeeds Jerilan Greene, who in May stepped down from her role leading communications after more than a decade with the company to pursue her “next career adventure.”

Park brings more than 25 years of experience to the role, which includes most recently serving as Mars Wrigley’s global VP of corporate affairs. Before Mars, Park was Coca-Cola’s global VP of external affairs.

“Allyson’s proven record serving some of the world’s most recognizable brands makes her an ideal fit for the role of Yum! Brands Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, and she brings a wealth of expertise about business-critical functions,” said Skeans. “The Global Leadership Team and I are excited to work closely with Allyson as a strategic thought partner as we continue to advance our Recipe for Growth and Good strategies and elevate our people-first culture.”
