With support from anti-racism education non-profit WE ARE, the Ad Council, and the Anti-Defamation League, IPG Dxtra has rolled out a new public awareness campaign, “Dear White Parents,” encouraging white parents to talk with their children about racism early and often. IPG Dxtra’s chief inclusion & diversity officer Margenett Moore-Roberts, who conceived the project, joins the PRovoke Media podcast to discuss the multi-faceted effort and what she hopes to accomplish through it.
