Jennifer Khoury

CCO
Comcast
US

In 2020, Jennifer Khoury took the reins at Comcast from D’Arcy Rudnay, who held the position for 16 years and made progress in improving Comcast’s reputation by investing in tools, training and technology, including a system for real-time customer feedback and simplified experiences.

As CCO, Khoury oversees external and internal corporate communications functions across the vast telecoms conglomerate, whose holdings include NBCUniversal. She has spent 21 years with Comcast, most recently serving as senior VP of corporate and digital communications, which includes leading comms for Comcast Cable.

“Her strategic vision and deep knowledge of the company and the industry has earned her the respect and support of our entire management team,” said chairman and CEO Brian Roberts. Khoury reports to Roberts and senior EVP Adam Miller, who is also an NBCUniversal executive VP.
