Gibby has served as VP of corporate communications for Nestle’s US operations since 2014, where she focused on enhancing its corporate social media presence and using digital storytelling to drive the company’s reputation. Before that, she  was director of global communications of The One Campaign and held senior communications positions at AOL, HBO and Weber Shandwick.

In 2020, Nestlé elevated Gibby to senior VP of corporate communications and public affairs, reporting into CEO Mark Schneider. Gibby leads the food and beverage giant’s global communications strategy, including media relations, corporate digital and content, public affairs and employee engagement. During her time with Nestle she’s supported the launch of the company’s Project Opportunity career acceleration initiative, the introduction of a Parental Support Policy and numerous product reformations and sustainability achievements.
