Alison Lewis

Chief Growth Officer 



In July of 2020, Kimberly-Clark named Alison Lewis to the newly-created position of chief growth officer, a title that in this case is more than just a fancy euphemism for CMO. Lewis has responsibility for leading the global marketing team and building marketing capabilities.

Lewis reports to Mike Hsu, chief executive officer, and is also a member of Kimberly-Clark's global executive leadership team.

She joined the consumer products giant from Johnson & Johnson, where she had served as chief marketing officer of the global consumer business since 2013. Prior to J&J, she was chief marketing officer, senior vice president, North America at The Coca-Cola Company, and before that held several brand management roles at Kraft Foods.
