Accenture marketing and comms boss Jill Kramer had stints in leadership roles at two of the world’s leading creative agencies, BBDO and DDB working on iconic brands including AT&T and ExxonMobil, before she joined the professional services firm in 2015. In her current role she leads a global team of 2,000 all tasked with strengthening the Accenture brand and growing the business.

Kramer confesses that once upon a time, she found data intimidating, but it is now her ‘happy place’.

Before taking the top role in marketing and comms, she headed up Accenture’s brand and advertising, including leading the creative, media and comms strategy for Accenture’s biggest brand move in more than a decade, the Let There Be Change campaign in 2020.  Last year, she was a judge at Cannes Lions’ first-ever Creative B2B category.
