Quantified Communications
Austin, Texas

Assessing individuals’ communications skills has long been a subjective exercise, but Noah Zandan has taken the bias that comes with that out of the process by backing it with AI, data and behavioral science. Quantified Communications, which Zandan launched in 2012 with a team of PhDs, measures clients’ (c-suite execs, government officials, and TED talkers among them) ability to communicate effectively using sight, sound and language understanding — and then uses that information to help them increase their ability to influence audiences. More than 162,000 participants have seen results so far. Zandan is recognized for being on the leading edge of behavioral analytics and people science, and regularly lectures on the intersection of technology and communications at the Harvard, Stanford and Kellogg business schools.
