In December 2015, the world's eyes were on Paris as United Nations delegates, government officials, business leaders and concerned global citizens came together to tackle climate change and global warming at the UN's COP21 climate conference.

On December 5th, MSLGROUP hosted the event Chance for Change at Sciences Po in Paris, bringing together inspiring Millennials with a robust roster of top corporate leaders and sustainability experts from the most innovative and inspiring companies and brands. Together, they explored how the Millennial generation can lead the response to climate change.

This event demonstrated the role Millennials will play in the upcoming Fourth Industrial Revolution, the theme of this year’s World Economic Forum in Davos. In this video, MSLGROUP has compiled highlights from its Chance for Change event.

As Millennials face this climate crisis, according to MSLGROUP’s recent report A Chance for Change: The Tipping Point for Sustainable Business, their reactions range from fear, frustration and a sense of powerlessness to one of personal responsibility and hope. In response, Millennials want to see more collaboration between business and government to address climate change.

To properly navigate the transformational times of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, companies and brands need to actively engage Millennials as leaders of change.
