The agency was brought on under a fully pro-bono structure to increase awareness and expand the impact of RLC’s core mission: to tackle food insecurity by making it easier for businesses to donate their excess food to those in need. RLC diverts excess food that generates daily from restaurants, grocers, and office buildings before it hits the dumpster, and distributes it to nearby shelters, soup kitchens, and social service agencies.
