NEW YORK — Tope Ajala has been promoted to global head of diversity, equity & inclusion at Ogilvy. Ajala has acted as global director of DE&I at Ogilvy since June 2021. During her short time in the role, she collaborated on and advocated for developing and implementing diversity and inclusion efforts across the company’s global network. Ajala will work with leaders throughout the network to evolve practices, policies and programs that ensure Ogilvy’s culture of belonging. Previously, Ajala was responsible for enforcing inclusion strategy, partnerships, narrative and insights for WPP.

NEW YORK — Terence Burke has joined Brunswick Group as partner, global head of strategic messaging and firm events. Burke is an award-winning journalist and media executive with more than 20 years of experience working in senior roles at global news brands. Most recently, he served as SVP of live content and head of global programming at Fortune Media. Previously, he led CNN’s national news operation and worked in the international newsgathering division, where he contributed to CNN’s Baghdad Bureau as a bureau chief and producer during the Iraq war and was head of CNN’s Haiti operations in the immediate aftermath of the 2010 earthquake.

NEW YORK — Finn Partners has promoted Alex Laurelli and Jessie Reape to senior partner and partner respectively. The two partners will direct client experience initiatives, advance new organic opportunities and continue to act as relationship leaders. Reape will continue to report to Robin Crawford, senior partner and public affairs practice leader. Laurelli will report to Crawford and Howard Soloman who is the founding managing partner, Finn Partners West Coast.

NEW YORK — Signal Group has promoted Blake Androff to managing director, Madeline Wade to executive VP and both Ari Neugeboren and Will Burdulisto to senior associate. Androff and Wade will retain their roles as co-chairs of Signal Outdoors. As senior associates, Neugeboren and Burdulis will both assist healthcare and trade association clients within Signal’s communications practice. The two began their careers as interns for the firm.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Crosby Marketing Communications has hired Mysba Regis as associate VP. In her position, Regis will assist in creating branding and communication campaigns for the company’s clients such as US Preventative Services Task Force and the Peace Corps. Regis comes to Crosby with 16 years of experience leading marketing and PR initiatives, most recently as director of marketing and strategic growth at the Center for Innovative GYN Care. Prior to that, she was director of marketing & communications for Children’s Inn at NIH.

MIAMI — Federico Isuani, co-founder of BESO by LLYC, has been appointed by LLYC as director of deep digital business for the United States and Northern Region Markets (the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Panama). Isuani will lead the deep digital business team of 245 collaborators from the Northern Region and US in the influence, deep learning, creativity and digital marketing divisions. Isuani has over 25 years of experience in digital marketing and communications. He has been the president of Interactive Advertising Bureau Mexico and a lecturer at the ITAM Business School.
