NEW YORK—Fenton, the social change communications firm, has named Libby Schnee as managing director of its New York City office. For 15 years at Burson-Marsteller, Schnee advised clients like the General Mills Foundation and UNHCR on strategic communications and fundraising. In 2012, Schnee joined Teneo Strategy as managing director, responsible for creating and leading a corporate responsibility practice, and most recently she was president of Schnee Consulting, where she advised clients like the Taco Bell Foundation and Hearing Health Foundation.

OTTAWA—Hill+Knowlton Strategies has promoted Mary Pat MacKinnon and Manon Abud, both public engagement experts, to vice presidents in its Ottawa office. MacKinnon, who joined H+K in 2012, also has extensive government affairs and policy experience as a former director with the Canadian Policy Research Networks and Credit Union Central of Canada. Abud was previously a managing partner with Ascentum, a public engagement consultancy acquired by H+K in 2012.

CHICAGO—GolinHarris has appointed Catharine Sanders as executive director in its healthcare practice in Chicago. As part of the agency's catalyst community, Sanders will provide counsel on key client relationships. She will report to Farah Speer, North America healthcare practice lead. Prior to joining GolinHarris, Sanders was associate director of consumer marketing at AbbVie.
