NEW YORK—Burson-Marsteller has added Geoffrey Mogilner as managing director and Neil Barman and Kona Barrasso as senior directors in the firm’s corporate and financial practice. Mogilner, most recently senior director, global external communications at biopharmaceutical company Baxalta, will lead the financial communications team. He has prior experience at Edelman and FTI Consulting. Barman joins Burson-Marsteller from Deloitte Consulting where he led a transformation and change program for one of the world’s largest life insurers. Barrasso most recently served as director of external communications for global management consultancy AT Kearney and earlier worked at Makovsky.

SAN FRANCISCO—FleishmanHillard has appointed Kristin Kryway Hollins, senior vice president and senior partner, to lead FleishmanHillard’s corporate reputation practice group in the Americas. In her new role, Hollins will continue to lead the full-service corporate reputation practice in San Francisco, while advancing FH’s capabilities across the Americas. Hollins joined FleishmanHillard in 2007 to unite corporate and innovation storytelling functions.

WASHINGTON, DC—Mary Jo Jacobi and Patrick Jephson, reputation and crisis management experts, have joined APCO’s international advisory council. Jacobi is a reputation, brand and crisis consultant based in Washington DC, and has developed brand strategies for Lehman Brothers and HSBC Holdings and provided crisis support for Drexel Burnham (securities fraud), Royal Dutch Shell and BP America (Deepwater Horizon tragedy). Jepson  is the former chief of staff to Princess Diana and a founding partner of JephsonBeaman, a reputation management consultancy.

DETROIT, MI—Lambert Edwards & Associates has promoted Ashleigh Chatel to director, and Amanda Niswonger and Brittany Zwierzchowski to senior associate. Chatel joined the team in 2011 and has worked with clients including Huron Capital, Continental Automotive Systems North America, Détroit is the New Black, and Hamilton Anderson. Niswonger joined in 2014 and works with several automotive supplier clients; Zwierzchowski works with the firm’s public affairs operation, Sterling Corporation, which she joined in 2015.
