MIAMI — Emigdio Rojas has been appointed chief executive director of LLYC’s Miami office. In this new role, his responsibilities will include team oversight, customer service, resources management, new business development and promotion for the LLYC brand in the United States. Rojas joined the firm as a senior director less than four years ago, and has served as the regional client leader and business unit director for many of Miami’s clients.
SEATTLE — Weber Shandwick has hired Christiaan Brown to lead the agency’s US West corporate practice. Formally an executive VP, Brown will oversee practices in LA, San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Seattle. He joins from Edelman, where he was executive VP of technology, director of operations for the agency’s Seattle office, and a member of the global client experience team.
NEW YORK — Tim Daubenspeck has joined Brunswick Group as a Partner in New York focused on investor engagement. He has 20 years of buy and sell side equity experience, and joins from ClearBridge Investments, where he was most recently a portfolio manager for a small cap value strategy fund and, before that, an analyst covering the TMT sector.
NEW YORK — North 6th Agency has promoted John Hannaway to chief of staff. Hannaway joined N6A in 2015, and most recently served as executive VP of operations. In his new role, Hannaway will take on broader strategic and consultative initiatives, including project management, strategic planning and alignment, and market research. Additionally, Hannaway will retain his prior duties, including oversight of the firm’s administrative, logistics, and HR functions.
