NEW YORK — Zeno Group has appointed Alison DaSilva as managing director, purpose and impact. DaSilva spent more than 20 years at Cone Communications and, for the last three, has served as co-creator of Porter Novelli’s global purpose practice. DaSilva’s remit at Zeno Group is agency-wide, working across practices and geographies.

WASHINGTON — Clyde Group managing director Aubrey Quinn has been named a partner in the firm. Aubrey supports a range of corporate, nonprofit and government clients and has helped lead business development, set strategic direction at Clyde Group, and plays a significant role in managing the firm. Clyde Group has also hired Mary Rollins as senior VP of talent & culture. She joins from Discovery Communications, where she served as senior VP of Discovery Education’s corporate education partnerships division, responsible for the global program design, development, and implementation teams.

LOS ANGELES — Wise PR has named Aubry Bracco VP, social media & digital marketing. In the newly created role Bracco will oversee the team that delivers both consumer and corporate-facing social media and marketing service offerings, as well as guidance for client strategies, activities, and policies. She recently handled social media and digital marketing for Cousins Maine Lobster.
