DALLAS—Burson-Marsteller has added Teresa Henderson as market leader for the Southwest and a managing director in the firm's US corporate and financial practice. She is based in Dallas and reports to Alan Sexton, chair of the US corporate practice and New York market leader. Before joining Burson-Marsteller, Henderson was senior vice president of client development for Saxum, an energy-focused agency, where clients included Hess Corp., Interstate Natural Gas Association of America and RigNet.

AUSTIN, TX— Hill+Knowlton Strategies has promoted Merrill Davis (pictured), a 23-year veteran of the H+K family of companies, to lead its office in Austin, Tex. Davis started her career in the Austin office of Public Strategies, working on high-profile public affairs campaigns. Davis takes over the role from Allison Knaupe, also a 20-year firm veteran, who is stepping down to spend more time with her family.

NEW YORK—Rema Vasan, Danielle Dunne, and Sacheen Cicero are joining MSLGroup as senior vice presidents. Iya Bleyman joins as a vice president. Vasan comes to MSL from Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and previously was a senior vice president and global group account director at Publicis in New York. Dunne joins from InVentiv Health PR, where she was managing director of the consumer health and wellness division, Allidura. Cicero joins after spending several years as an independent consultant, and previously was senior vice president at Cohn & Wolfe. Bleyman has consumer food and lifestyle experience with Allidura.

NASHVILLE—ReviveHealth, a Weber Shandwick company and a specialist in health systems, health services and health technology, is promoting chief account officer Joanne Thornton into the newly created role of president to support the next level of the agency's growth. Nicole Mraz, formerly senior vice president for the health systems practice, has been promoted to executive vice president of client service, and Nathan Juarez has been promoted to vice president of creative. Shapiro joins Portland from FleishmanHillard where he senior partner, responsible for corporate B2B clients.
