NEW YORK — Prosek Partners has appointed Geoffrey Sidari as group director of data and analytics. He joins Prosek from WE Communications where he was executive VP of insights and analytics. At Prosek, Sidari will spearhead the agency’s global data analytics practice, focused on delivering data driven insights using a robust communications and marketing analytic tool stack, including a range of AI technologies.

NEW YORK — Imre has added two new hires to its executive leadership team — chief financial officer Patrick Burke and chief people officer Lorraine Hirsh. Both Burke and Hirsh will report to agency president Anna Kotis. Burke (pictured left) joins imre after more than a dozen years at Huge, where he most recently served as CFO and chief commercial officer. At imre, Burke will partner with the executive leadership team and imre’s board of directors on overall business strategy as the team continues to scale the business. Hirsh (pictured right) joins the agency as chief people officer, after more than seven years in human resources leadership roles at McCann New York, most recently serving as chief talent officer. At imre, Hirsh will focus on employee engagement and enablement strategy for current and future employees of the agency. She will also help steward the agency’s people relations and culture.

WASHINGTON — Caroline Ponseti has joined Invariant’s strategic communications and public affairs team. With nearly a decade of experience, Ponseti will build multi-faceted corporate communications and public affairs campaigns for clients. Ponseti joins Invariant from the Herald Group, where she served as senior director. Before that, Ponseti was director of media relations for the American Gaming Association.
