NEW YORK—Ashley Hurst and Jon Silver have joined Golin as digital directors in New York. Prior to Golin, Hurst served as director of global social media at Coach, where she was responsible for developing and implementing various content and revenue-generating strategies to support the global brand's transformation initiatives. Silver joins Golin from Edelman, where he was the deputy director, global marketing, responsible for managing digital, social and creative content.

WASHINGTON, DC—Chris Hassall, former global external relations officer at P&G, has joined APCO Worldwide as a member of the firm’s international advisory council. At P&G, Hassall led a 1,200-person function with global responsibility for corporate communications and reputation, issue and crisis prevention and management philanthropy, media and public relations, government and community relations, regulatory and technical relations, and brand publicity and consumer relations. He previously served in P&G’s Guangzhou office, where he was responsible for external relations for Asia and Greater China. 

NEW YORK—Bob Knott has joined MWW Public Relations as senior managing director for market leadership and issues management. Knott comes to MWW after leading the corporate communications practice in the Americas for three years at FTI Consulting. Before joining FTI, Knott was a global practice chairman and global client relationship manager at Edelman.

SAN FRANCISCO—Horn Group has promoted Debra Raine to partner. She will continue to lead the firm's west coast business and plans to expand its international operations. Raine joined Horn Group in 2014 and has led the digital communications programs for emerging and established technology brands such as Aryaka, Alteryx, TriNet, and TradeShift.

OAKLAND, CA—Full Court Press Communications has named Sarah Hersh vice president.  In her new role, she will oversee client strategies and deliverables across FCP's client portfolio. Hersh joined FCP in 2011.
