NEW YORK — Finn Partners has promoted Ryan O’Grady to partner, New York Health. O’Grady brings expertise in social media to the role, having worked counseling brands on techniques to communicate messages and initiative in an effective manner. Previously, O’Grady was a VP  at the New York Health group and was responsible for client’s social media accounts, and before Finn she worked as a digital strategist at Porter Novelli. 


WASHINGTON, DC — Seven Letter has promoted Annalyse Keller to managing director, Kris Fetterman to senior director and Regina Anderson to manager. Keller previously was communications director for US Sen. Cory Gardner (R-CO). After beginning his career at the firm in 2015, Fetterman spent several years working as a writer for philanthropist Melinda French Gates and her investment and incubation company, Pivotal Ventures, as well as serving as a speechwriter for U.S. Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-CT). He recently returned to the firm in 2021. Anderson has worked for Seven Letter for two years developing content and social strategy for clients. 


LOS ANGELES — Garrett Arwa and Micki Duncan have joined Bryson Gillette as the firm’s new VP and head of political in Washington and director in Boston respectively. In his most recent position, Arwa held the role of interim executive director for the National Democratic Redistricting Committee (NDRC) where he led the organization's efforts to shift its focus towards supporting pro-democracy candidates in the 2022 midterm election while expanding its initiatives to safeguard election administration. Prior to this role, Garrett held leadership positions at the For Our Future PAC, For Our Future Action Fund (FOF), NextGen Climate, and the Michigan Democratic Party. Duncan most recently contributed to Maura Healey's campaign, which resulted in her being elected as the first female governor of Massachusetts. Duncan previously worked with political candidates, elected officials and various corporate and nonprofit clients, including Senator Elizabeth Warren's presidential campaign, at the office of U.S. Rep. Stephen F. Lynch, various congressional and local campaigns and for Weber Shandwick.


TORONTO — Strategic Objectives has announced the appointments of Katie Allen as director and Jyoti Minhas as senior account manager. They will be responsible for heading multiple accounts, mentoring talent at the agency, pursuing new opportunities for the firm and supporting SO’s strategic development as members of SO’s management team. Previously, Allen promoted global brands within the retail, leisure, travel and fashion fields in Canada and the United Kingdom. Minhas has over 10 years of marketing communications, public relations and creative production experience with knowledge of finance, hospitality and CPG.
