WASHINGTON, DC—Ogilvy Washington has promoted Nick Ludlum to executive vice president and group director, corporate and public affairs. Ludlum has been at Ogilvy for nearly 10 years and leads the agency's North American crisis offering as well as its trade association practice, Association Works. Prior to joining Ogilvy, Ludlum spent eight years working for Fusion Public Relations.

NEW YORK—RF|Binder has appointed Aman Singh as senior managing editor, content strategy, in the firm’s corporate and brand purpose practice. Singh, who most recently was a vice president at Edelman focused on sustainability, will work closely with Scott Beaudoin, RF|Binder’s chief strategy officer and practice leader for corporate and brand purpose. Singh has provided sustainability strategy and communications for brands including Unilever, Nike, Novelis, Walmart and Dow Chemical.

WASHINGTON, DC—Hamilton Place Strategies has hired Jim David as managing director, bringing expertise in corporate and financial communications that will supplement the firm’s analytical approach to public affairs. David comes to HPS from Kekst, where he worked with corporate clients, alternative asset managers, and other clients on issues including shareholder activism, bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory matters, and crises.

In addition, Kirsten Lesak-Greenberg was promoted from senior account executive to account supervisor in PadillaCRT’s healthcare practice.

CLEVELAND—Todd Morgano has joined Falls Communications as a senior vice president. In his new role, Morgano will offer targeted business-to-business and integrated marketing strategy counsel to a variety of clients. Most recently, Morgano ran the public relations, social media, and business-to-business practices at Marcus Thomas.  Prior to that, he was the public information officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.

PLAYA VISTA, CA—Integrated marketing communications agency Phelps tapped Madhav (Maddy) Sundarraghavan as lead marketing data analyst. Sundarraghavan joins Phelps from Seagate Technology where he was a web analytics manager. He previously worked at US Bank, Symantec Corporation, Esurance and TIAA-CREF.

ANNAPOLIS, MD—Crosby Marketing Communications has added Andrea Terry as an integration director in the firm’s healthcare practice. Before coming to Crosby, she held senior positions in the agency and corporate worlds, most recently with MDAgree and Inovalon, handling programs for health systems, managed care providers and pharmaceutical companies. In addition, Katie Roberts has been named senior social media strategist, joining from Laureate Higher Education, an international network of higher education institutions.

BOSTON—Cercone Brown Company, an experiential marketing, PR and advertising agency, has hired copywriter and creative director Josh Caplan. Caplan held copywriting positions for J. Walter Thompson Worldwide in New York, Arnold Worldwide in Boston, and RPA in Santa Monica. He also worked at MNB and Digitas.
