NEW YORK—Cohn & Wolfe has added Kristin Sadlon as senior vice president of its corporate practice in New York and Russ Williams as senior VP, crisis and issues management in Atlanta. Sadlon comes to Cohn & Wolfe after a nine-year tenure at Porter Novelli, where she was SVP of corporate reputation and worked with clients such as Monster, Invesco PowerShares, Reckitt Benckiser and Penske Logistics. Williams joins Cohn & Wolfe after six years at Hayslett Group as SVP. He has extensive in-house experience, having held roles such as being the national spokesperson for Delta Air Lines to serving as director of media relations for AGL Resources.

NEW YORK—Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide has appointed David Brooks as senior vice president and Geoffrey Colon as vice president in its 360-Degree Digital Influence practice. Prior to joining Ogilvy PR, Brooks was the director of digital strategy for Burson-Marsteller/Proof Integrated Communications in New York and worked with clients such as Kraft Foods, JPMorgan Chase, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and Intel. Colon comes to Ogilvy PR from Splendid Communications in New York, NY where he was responsible for managing digital teams.

MINNEAPOLIS—Beth Miller and Debra Hays have joined the Minneapolis office of Carmichael Lynch Spong, strengthening the firm’s health and wellness offer. Miller joins as principal after serving as a senior director at The Carrot Agency in Minneapolis, where she led client service, strategy and research teams for many of the agency’s health and wellness clients. Hays has been named a senior counselor for the agency, leading efforts for clients Jennie-O Turkey Store, Martek and PowerBar. Previously, she was a managing supervisor at Fleishman-Hillard.

CAMBRIDGE, MA—Feinstein Kean Healthcare, a subsidiary of Ogilvy that focuses on healthcare and life science organizations, has named Craig Martin as chief executive officer. Marcia Kean becomes chairman of strategic initiatives. Martin has been managing director and chief operating officer of the firm for the past six years. Kean has served as CEO since 2002. In her new role, she will focus on technologies and ideas changing the landscape in healthcare, and on the formation of ecosystems to drive adoption of personalized medicine.

BOSTON—Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications has added Jessica Beeson Tocco as associate vice president of public affairs. Tocco will service clients at both the state and federal level, creating legislative strategies and securing opportunities for government grant and loan programs. Earlier in her career she served as the director of the United States Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, oversaw lobbying efforts for the Asia Pacific Council of American Chambers. Prior to joining Rasky Baerlein, Tocco served as the director of global government relations for Implant Sciences, a small homeland security company in Massachusetts.
